Rotary Club Ropar Central organized a tree plantation drive at the Bela College campus, during which 10 fruit-bearing saplings were planted to promote environmental sustainability and a greener campus. The plantation was carried out by S. Jagwinder Singh Pammi, Secretary of the College, Dr. Satwant Kaur Shahi, Principal of Bela College, along with faculty members and Rotary representatives. The dignitaries emphasized the importance of tree plantation in conserving the environment and creating a healthier future for coming generations. The participants pledged to nurture the saplings and continue supporting environmental conservation initiatives through regular plantation drives and community awareness programmes.
