Rotary Club Ropar Central organized a seminar and interactive workshop on Menstrual Hygiene at Maharani Satinder Kaur Senior Secondary School, Bela, to promote awareness about menstrual health among adolescent girls. The resource persons, Ms. Navjit Kaur and Ms. Noel, explained the menstrual cycle in a simple and scientific manner and educated the students on proper menstrual hygiene practices, the use of safe sanitary products, and the importance of maintaining personal hygiene. They also addressed common myths and misconceptions and answered students' queries in an interactive session. The school authorities appreciated the initiative, which empowered students with essential knowledge and encouraged healthy and confident living.
