Rotary Club Ropar Central organized an awareness seminar on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act for newly admitted students to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive educational environment. The resource person, Dr. Monika Gupta, delivered an informative session on the provisions of the POSH Act, the rights and responsibilities of students, the importance of gender sensitivity, and the mechanisms available for reporting grievances. She encouraged students to foster mutual respect and contribute to a harassment-free campus. The interactive session addressed students' queries and was well received. The club appreciated Dr. Monika Gupta for creating awareness about this important legislation and promoting a culture of dignity and safety.
