Rotary Club Ropar Central organized a seminar on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day to create awareness about the importance of skill development among youth. The keynote speaker, Dr. Sandeep Kumar, highlighted the growing demand for skilled professionals in today's rapidly changing job market. He explained that while numerous employment opportunities are available, industries often face a shortage of skilled manpower. He encouraged students to continuously upgrade their technical, communication, digital, and professional skills to enhance their employability and career prospects. Club President Rtn.
